"Barry's return has been truly outstanding. He did everything he possibly could while still recovering from a significant injury. We knew it wouldn't be easy, especially from a physical point of view, but seeing him immediately back at this level of speed is a very positive sign. It shows that Barry is back and competitive again. With Tony, we missed out on Q2 by just seven thousandths. Despite that, the work we did today was positive. Tomorrow we'll use Q1 not only to fight for a place in Q2 but also to confirm a few solutions we've prepared for the bike. Our target is to make it through to Q2 and then fight for a place on the first three rows of the grid."
